  Custom Embroidered Baseball Hat

  Traditional baseball hats come in a variety of colors including safety colors. They have a variety of closures including flex, snap, and buckle

  Custom Embroidered Trucker Hats

  Trucker hats, often called snapback hats are perfect for warm climates. They offer a foam front to wick away moisture, a mesh back to keep the sun off and provide ventilation.

  Custom Embroidered Beanie Hats

  Beanie or Knit style hats are the right option when the weather turns cold. They are available in many colors and styles. They come in a variety of weights to match your climate.

  Baseball Hat Front

  The front of a baseball hat is limited to a logo 2.25 inches tall. We try to limit the logo width to 4 inches but we do stitch 5 inch wide logo's when appropriate.

  Baseball Hat Side

  The side of a baseball hat can accommodate a 1.25 inch square logo on either the right or left side. Depending on the hat construction we can sometimes go a bit larger.

  Baseball Hat Back

  Baseball hats with strap closure we apply a 3 inch by 1 inch logo. The logo is typically arched over the opening on adjustable hats. Flexfit hats allow for larger size logo's and the logo does not need to be arched.

  Beanies With a Cuff

  Beanies that have a cuff are limited to 2.25 inch tall logo's. We try to limit the logo width to 4 inches but can go a bit larger if needed.
• 

  Beanies Without Cuff

  Beanie hats without a cuff provide the most decoration space of all hat styles. We can embroider a 3 inch tall by 4 inch wide logo with room to spare.

  Visor Front

  Visors provide very little room for decoration. We can stitch a 1 inch tall by 4 inch wide logo.

Yes. Just visit our online design studio and create a logo with some text. We also have fancy and script fonts available. There is no setup fee or digitizing required for any embroidered logo's created in our design studio.

There is no such thing as free embroidery! Embroidering a hat ties up an industrial embroidery machine for about 10 minutes, that costs money. Shops offering free embroidery are trying to fool you by rolling embroidery cost into the price of the hat. If you have a small logo which is often the case with hats, you end up overpaying. We don't believe in tricks or gimmicks and always break out our embroidery costs.
