Q. How soon will my screen printed order arrive?

A. Custom screen printed tshirt orders typically ship from our Concord MA facility within 5-6 business days. Customers on the east coast will see their orders in 6-7 days and west coast customers will see orders in 10 days. If your artwork is already on file we can often ship faster.

Q. Do you own your own screen printing equipment?

A. All screen printing is done in house using our own equipment. We do not use contract screen printers like many other internet sites. Our artists, printing technicians, and customer service are all housed in our Concord, MA facility.

Q. Are there any setup fees (Are there any hidden fees)?

A. Screen printed orders are "all inclusive" meaning that the price includes all the charges and no extra fees. We offer free shipping on all screen printed orders. For repeat customers where we have artwork on file your "all inclusive" price is even lower since we do not need to set your artwork.

Q. I have a large order is there special pricing?

A. For t-shirts the answer is generally no. We offer real time pricing so the prices published by our screen printing quotation system is always accurate. Custom T-shirts are a very competitively priced and we built our system to take advantage of the best prices being offered at any given moment. This allows us to pass on savings the second (literally) a manufacturer/brand offers a special price. Other types of apparel (polo shirts, bags, etc) do not fluctuate as much and manufacturers/brands won't adjust prices on these items as often. If you have a large order (typically more than 300 pcs) contact us and a customer service representative will see if there are any discounts available. Often they will recommend an equivalent product that is on special from a different manufacturer.

Q. How accurate is the quote given to me by the screen printing quotation page?

A. Very. This page uses real time inventory to give you the best and most accurate pricing. The most common reason a job price changes is incorrectly guessing the number of colors in your design.

Q. Do colors match between different styles (will a butter colored polo match a butter colored tee shirt)?

A. No. Generally speaking colors will not match 100% between different styles. Coloring of a garment may even change from batch to batch. A red shirt purchased today may not match a red shirt that you bought in the past. Most customers do not notice the slight variations in color, however if color matching is a concern we suggest buying your embroidered apparel in a single batch, and let us know so we inspect the garments prior to embroidery application.

Q. The screen printing quotation page seems to jump between DTG printing and screen printing. Why?

A. Smaller orders of light colored shirts are more cost effective to print on the DTG printer. Designs with more than six colors are often best produced with DTG printing (photo's, complex multi-color designs, etc).

Q. Can I Mix The Styles Of Shirts In My Order?

A. You can combine items at no additional cost, if each item you order uses the same design, size, placement, and colors.
