Nice color, size too big

I ordered a Youth Large maroon t-shirt with my company project logo. The shipping seemed fast. The color looks great. The material was a little rough, but that's to be expected for youth apparel. The youth large was too big for me. I'm usually a size 0 or XS in women's apparel at places like Express or American Eagle. Next time I'll try a youth medium.
