I just had to take some time out to comment on Lisa’s customer service!!!! I have been messing around with another company for over five days just trying to get generic information such as color names of their product on their site because it is not displayed on their site and also problems uploading Logo info etc with no timely response!!!!! As soon as I started browsing your website a popup chat came up saying can I help you which I loved!!!!! Needless to say I am in the middle of placing an order with your company now because we are searching for a new company that can provide great customer service and a great product. So far I am impressed with the customer service side. Thanks for hiring people that are responsive to your customers and potential customers!!!!

I wanted to say it was a painless experience working with Mark Duehring on getting our company shirts ordered. This is not something we do normally with branded apparel, and it certainly doesn’t fall in my wheelhouse to order stuff like this. This morning, I contacted your company by phone because I could not clearly make my wants known with on-line capabilities. My call was answered by Kim. She was polite, precise, knowledgeable and is one of the best communicators that I have encountered in the business world. Our conversation only lasted a minute or so, but she understood clearly what I wanted and explained procedures to get things going.
