Customer Review: Concord, MA Corporate Casuals

We ordered 8 polos last year for a work funcion. We had a nice embroidery on the front with our business name. All the shirts were shipped on time and looked great. I tried to look up my account today but did not remember my account name. Customer Service was exceptional! It is a great company!

I called Kim today because I had a concern w a recent order for my company. She was able to answer my questions and provide a solution within a five minute conversation. I wish I had her customer service skills here at RoofStar.

When I began looking for some embroidery work locally, I was disappointed with the appearance and the COST!! You have this down to a science!! I really appreciate your design team. Our logo did not look very good on dark clothes, they made some adjustments and now we have the option of either one depending on the color of the garment. I can't say enough good things about your company. A pleasure to do business with someone who obviously knows about customer service!!

We're most impressed with how quickly our shirts came - a dozen embroidered shirts in less than a week. We were a bit nervous about the design and placement of the embroidery designed with the online tool, but everything came out beautifully. We will definitely order from Corporate Casuals again.

Ten stars!! My polo shirts are beautiful!! All the design work is just as I had hoped. Material and workmanship are excellent. My husband ordered from another source( and has yet to receive them!). When he saw mine was so envious that he had me order from Corporate Casuals!!!

The jacket I ordered from Corporate Casuals was exactly what I expected - great quality, design just as I specified, and beautiful embroidery. Very reasonable price for embroidering one jacket (I used the stock art).
