Company Background: Cafepress was launched in 1999 in San Leandro, CA. In addition to
T-Shirts they offer a wide variety of promotional products such as mugs and mousepads. Cafepress
has a passionate community of artists/merchants offering original designs for sale on the
Cafepress web site.
Comments: Cafepress does not offer embroidered apparel. Their design studio does not
offer design elements such as clipart or text. Their garment printing technology is identical to ours.
Update (5/29/2008):
Cafepress now claims they offer embroidery using InfiniStitch® technology. Unfortunately InfiniStitch is really just printing
on top of an embroidered circle or square. This is not direct embroidery and should not be thought of as such.
