I always advise job seekers to observe how they are treated from their first contact to the time they arrive at an organization to the time they find out if they have or have not been selected for the job. (Hopefully they are notified.)During an interview everyone (not just the candidate) should be on their best behavior. It’s so important to make a good first impression.
